The result is a beautifully organic sound that balances Bertholet’s simple, loop-based compositions with intricate arrangements of marimba, horns, strings, and angular guitars. Ventre Unique is the group’s sixth album and follows their acclaimed 2021 release, We’re Ok But We’re Lost Anyway.
